I’m going to be blogging about the process of making my own 3d animation movie in the real world – that being having a full time job (actually in animation – see the about me page), a baby (soon to be two babies) and much like you wanting to make my own movie. Here is some concept art to show you the 3D animation movie we are working towards

When working towards you own animation movie you’ll need to start with some blocking. Here’s the first off animation – bear in mind this is a playblast (no lighting, no effects, no sound), first pass of anim. It’s going to be iterated upon, if you have any feedback that will help, whether it’s in terms of story, directing, editing or animation (ideas for shaders, lighting and effects too) please add some comments 🙂
